Priority Development Sites

Billerica has a variety of real estate options for businesses. Sites range from small industrial spaces and large office footprints, to retail and redevelopment opportunities. The availability of low cost of commercial and industrial properties, in addition to the highly trained workforce and infrastructure, make Billerica an attractive location for your business. Please see a selection of some of our priority sites below, and to find the perfect site to match your needs, please email our Economic Development Team.

Economic Development Hint

Going into your real estate search, make sure you identify the required elements (such as ceiling height, loading docks, or sewer) and those elements where a range (location, size, or parking) might offer more possibilities. This will make your real estate search more efficient.
