Community Services

In Case of Emergencies, Dial 9-1-1

As a Board of Health employee, the Community Services Coordinator works to connect Billerica residents under 60 to resources and information on housing, utilities, food insecurity, mental health services and more. The COA has additional resources for residents over 60.

Submit this form for more assistance, or visit me at the library. Summer library drop in hours are Wednesdays 10am-12pm.

We are pleased to offer a self-help guide to local social resources and programs. For more assistance, please reach out to the Community Services Coordinator or directly to the organizations or town departments of interest.
